The usage in question clearly falls under Fair Use guidelines as legitimate reportage of publicly published information. Elizabeth Hungerford is a well-known purveyor of hate speech against transsexual and transgender women, and is also well-known for making false copyright claims against those who have done nothing more than repeat legitimate reportage of her activities.

I hereby demand that the content be restored immediately.
